ONCE AGAIN, WE ARE ASKING YOU TO JOIN US !!!

Wednesday, March 8th, 9:00 AM in Reno

The Washoe County Board of Equalization will be conducting a hearing on Wednesday - March 8, 2006 to determine if ALL of the properties in Incline Village / Crystal Bay should now be equalized by rolling back their assessed property values to 2002.

This is truly an historical occasion. It has never been done before. Ours is a true grass roots effort, to obtain justice and level the playing field, which is now coming to fruition.

Now, the stakes get even higher!!! At this hearing both Panels of the County Board will first define the procedures to be utilized in the equalization hearing for IV/CB; then will vote to determine whether or not ALL of the Incline Village and Crystal Bay properties should be equalized.

Having a standing room only crowd made a huge difference in our favor at the hearing of February 24. We need to do it again, to impress upon the decision makers that we are not just a small group of “whiners” from Incline. We represent the 9000 parcels in our area, and we will stand and be counted.

What we have been trying to achieve for the last four (4) years may be closer than we realize. Help us fulfill that dream - to have fair property taxation on ALL the properties in our area.

• Bartley Ranch Regional Park at the Western Heritage Interpretive Center
• 6000 Bartley Ranch Road (off Lakeside Drive before Windy Hill Way).
