Dear Fellow Incline Village & Crystal Bay Property Owners,

For some odd reason, quite a few people had troubles downloading and opening the "AUTHORIZATION FOR REPRESENTATION" form, which was in "pdf" file format.

We have two possible solutions to this problem. First, try downloading the "word - .doc" version of this form. Just click here for the "word" version. (this may take 10 to 15 seconds to download.)

Second. You might have old version of the Adobe Reader. The latest version is 6.0 or 6.0.1. Click here to go to the Adobe Reader web site page. Then follow the instructions for your computer and particular operating system to upgrade your Adobe Reader.

When your are done upgrading Adobe Reader, go back to our home page and try again to download the "AUTHORIZATION FOR REPRESENTATION" form. Hopefully you are able to download the form this time and can print it out.
