Dear Incline Village & Crystal Bay Property Tax Protesters,

All Incline Village and Crystal Bay property owners should have received their 2009/10 tax bill in the mail earlier this week. Because of this week’s SBOE decision rolling each and every residential property back to the 2002/03 level, these bills do not properly reflect the taxes due for the 2009/10 tax year. Moreover, the Washoe County Treasurer owes you a refund for taxes unconstitutionally collected since 2006.

When will the treasurer re-calculate and re-send the 2009/10 tax bills? And when will he send out the refund checks to all 9,000 Incline Village and Crystal Bay residential property owners? It should be soon, but one cannot predict.
