Dear Incline Village & Crystal Bay Property Taxpayers,

Our sincere thanks to those of you who took time from your busy schedules to add moral support to our efforts at the State Board of Equalization hearings over the last three days.

Unfortunately, as had been expected, the Board, once again ruled against us, despite the overwhelming evidence powerfully presented by Attorney Fulstone.

She will immediately be filing a legal action for Judicial Review in District Court.

There is no further documentation that needs to be filed by individual property owners at this time. We have numerous cases still pending before the Courts, in which all of the taxpayers in the Incline Village and Crystal Bay area are being represented by Attorney Fulstone.

Even though your parcels may not have been on any of the recent lists that we provided, your property IS INCLUDED in all of the pending class action lawsuits.

There is still much activity going on in the legal world behind the scenes. We will keep you informed as soon as information becomes available.
