The time and place for the April 27 -29 hearings scheduled by the State Board of Equalization (SBOE) have been changed:

4590 South Virginia Street
Reno, NV

The hearing on April 27 will commence at 1:00 P.M. The April 28 and 29 hearings will commence at 8:30 A.M. at the same location.

• No dates have as yet been scheduled by the SBOE for any of our class action hearings.
• These April 27-29 hearings for the tax year 2008-2009 are for two separate sets of Petitioners. All of whom, however are being represented by Attorney Suellen Fulstone.
• The short list is for Appellants with jurisdictional issues, i.e. no appeal was filed with the County by the Petitioner, appeal filing was late, etc.
• The list of 1384 taxpayers represents Petitioners who filed personally signed individual appeals, by January 15, 2008 for the 2008-2009 tax year.

If your property is not on either list and you feel that you did indeed timely file a personally signed Petition, DO NOT call Attorney Fulstone, Wayne Fischer or Maryanne Ingemanson. However, you certainly can call the office of the Washoe County Assessor at 775-328-2200 for clarification.
