Please click on the following link to download and view the list of parcels that are scheduled to receive refunds, as ordered by Judge McGee, for those single family residential property owners who filed individual tax appeals for the tax year 2005/06. The refund list is organized by APNs and states the current land values and the new land values.

Other court cases are still pending in which ALL Incline Village and Crystal Bay parcels are represented. For those of you, who are not in the list, please be patient as we are working tirelessly to bring relief for every property owner.
