The link below lists all of the taxpayers from whom Attorney Fulstone has received appeal petitions and agent authorization forms for hearings to be held before the State Board of Equalization. Names appear only once, though the appellant may have listed more than one property.

Any taxpayer whose name is NOT on the list may file an appeal by submitting the forms, which can be accessed by going to the League’s website at:

Click on the link at the top of the home page. Print out the two pages, fill in and fax directly to the State Board of Equalization by no later Monday, March 10, 2008, 4:00 P.M. Their Fax number is 775-684-2020.

The State will not consider postmarks of March 10 as timely.

Attorney Fulstone has delivered to the State over 800 petitions that were submitted to her by March 6, 2008, as was directed in Alert #164.

The saga continues. We are still anticipating a favorable written decision from the Nevada Supreme Court in the near future.
