Dear Incline Village & Crystal Bay Property Tax Protesters,

All of you will have already received or will soon receive a Notice of Hearing for the six Petitions that were filed by Attorney Fulstone. In addition, if you filed your own Petition for Review on your property, you will receive your own individual Notice of Hearing from the County Clerk, Amy Harvey.

The Class Petitions are scheduled for a February 15th hearing date. Each one of the six Petitions has been filed by a different property owner, and for “similarly situated properties”. Every property in the Incline Village and Crystal Bay area is represented as each Petition covers a different group of parcels i.e. condos, East/West Slope (views), Lakefronts etc. Attorney Fulstone will be representing the entire group.

There is nothing that you have to do to be represented – YOU ALREADY ARE!!! If you would like to attend the hearing, you are certainly welcome; however, no one will personally be presenting information regarding their own individual property.

We know how confusing all of this is, so don’t feel alone if you are having trouble understanding the system. It truly IS a mess!

This particular hearing is solely to challenge the legal aspects of the entire “Administrative Remedy” process, and will be held at:
