WHAT CAN WE DO TO HELP?

So many of you have graciously offered to assist in our efforts to fight the bureaucrats, and now we have a simple way in which you can indeed become part of the fight.

Just with a click on your computer you can participate in the law making process at the Nevada State Legislature without ever leaving your home.

Senate Bill SB 478 is exactly what is needed to provide fair and equal treatment for the Nevada taxpayer. Currently, the state can file a legal action against a member of the public and be awarded attorney’s fees and costs, if the court rules in their favor.

However, no such provision is offered to protect the citizens of Nevada in the opposite case. Votes in favor of SB 478 will “level the playing field.”
