IMPORTANT ALERT!! ALERT: #127 Dear Incline Village & Crystal Bay Property Owners, Some of you have recently received a letter from Attorney Thomas Hall dated March 12, requesting that you send him $150 to represent you at the State Board of Equalization hearing, currently scheduled for March 27, 2007. Attorney Hall is no longer affiliated with the Village League! The League previously completely paid him for his services in this regard; and in fact, many of you had additionally paid him IN ADVANCE for his representation. The State Board of Equalization hearing is in response to our HUGE victory before the County Board of Equalization in March of 2006, which was appealed by the Washoe County Assessor. You will notice that Attorney Hall’s request for the $150 is characterized as a “contribution”. YOU DO NOT OWE HIM ANY MONEY! If you wish to be consolidated with the other members of the Village League who will be represented at this hearing by Attorney Suellen Fulstone, please sign and return to me IMMEDIATELY by MAIL, (I need to have an original signature), the Agent Authorization Form. The Village League has already contracted for the services of Attorney Suellen Fulstone for this representation; however, any contribution that you would care to make to the Village League to offset our expenses would be GRATEFULLY received and is tax deductible. Please click here to download the Agent Authorization Form (pdf), print it out, fill it out and then sign it. Please mail the signed form to:
Sincerely, Maryanne Ingemanson Maryanne Ingemanson, President --------------------------------- Village League to Save Incline Assets Board Members:
